EPW - C H Meylan, Brassus, 50mm, 14K OF recase with "A J N" initials on case back and with gold cuvette engraved "Aloysius J Nagel from Mother Xmas '06," SW-SS, WE-DSD, fully capped lever escapement, 21J, seven adjustments, fausses-côtes NI damascene, s#23648.
CONDITION:
Mvt: GRO after a sluggish start, excellent mvt condition overall, scratch on crown wheel bridge from wheel arbor to right side bridge screw, typical scattered MFS and few mild small FS elsewhere; dial very near perfect with only a small FS outside minute chapter at 8; near mint hands; case shows little wear, typical MFS, mild ding on band at 3; tight bow, crown shows light to medium wear with ridge break; good glass crystal.
